By using the Site you warrant that you: (i) are at least 18 years of age (ii) have had sufficient opportunity to access and read these terms of use; (iii) have accepted that these terms of use apply to your use of the Site; and (iv) will comply with the terms of use.  City Notaries (ABN 87 167 187 402 / ACN 167 187 402) (we, our or us) may amend these terms of use at any time.  Your continued use of the Site is deemed to be acceptance of any amendment to these terms of use.

Where a condition or warranty is implied into these Terms of Use by legislation, and that legislation avoids or prohibits provisions in a contract excluding or modifying the application of or exercise of or liability under such condition or warranty the condition or warranty shall be deemed to be included.  However, our liability for any breach of such condition or warranty shall be limited to the advertised price of the re-supply of our services or the Product (as applicable).   
 

Intellectual Property and Copyright

Unless otherwise indicated, we own or licence from third parties all rights, title and interests (including copyright, designs, patents, trademarks and other intellectual property rights) and in all of the material (including all text, graphics, logos, audio and software) in all content of the Site.
 

Your use of the Site and use of and access to any Content does not grant or transfer any rights, title or interest to you in relation to this mobile app or the Content. However we do grant you a licence on the terms and conditions set out in this Terms of Use and, where applicable, as expressly authorised by us and/or our third party licensors.

These terms of use represent the whole agreement between you and City Notaries concerning your use of the Site and supersedes any prior conduct, arrangement, agreement or understanding in relation to its subject matter.  All implied terms are expressly excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. 
 

Relationship

Your use of the Site does not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and us, even in circumstances where Content has been authored by a lawyer.
 

Severability

Any clause or part of a clause of this agreement which is void, illegal or unenforceable will be deemed deleted but only to the extent necessary and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
 

Governing Law

The Site and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
